Came to get the car inspected - in and out 14 minutes... And the guys were awesome!

They did change my oil, but they tried to get me to change my wiper blades (I replaced them two months ago mind you). They also told me I had wear on my front tires and they should be rotated (I just got brand new tires a month ago). They also vacuumed only my front floorboards, no other part of the car. That was not what was stated on the services.

Phenomenal customer service! Can in for a state inspection and left 10 minutes later with a new bulb and an inspection receipt. Very pleased with this location!

Don't use jiffy lube! They were supposed to change my oil and rotate my tires but as I drove my car after paying them for maintenance, I noticed it not sounding right and driving sluggish and the front tires wearing much faster than the back tires. Upon taking it to an obviously reliable oil change business I found out that neither had been done and upon applying real maintenance to the vehicle, all of the issues were addressed and it rides and sounds brand new. Jiffy lube charged me $136 for potentially damaging my new vehicle! Horrible business! Beware!!! If I could give less stars, I would!!!! Shame on you jiffy lube!!!

Best waiting area ever! Courteous and quick. I made a mistake about a promo coupon (from a competitor) and the agent was nice enough to honor a discount for me anyway. Thank you! I'll be back.
